Dear All,
Just to let you know that we are working on getting the kitchen in a more usable state. We have had the building cleaned and have started to sort out the kitchen cupboards with a view to making the equipment more accessible to users.
We have sorted some of the cupboards so that cups and saucers are in matching sets and would be grateful if you would return the crockery back to where it came from, should you choose to use it. More tidying is to follow and, if anyone stores anything in the kitchen, could it be clearly labelled so it is not thrown away. Labelling would be really useful as we are short on space and anything that is not required could be thrown away and would give us more space.
The tea-towels have been boil washed and placed in a labelled drawer. There is also a bin for dirty tea-towels so that they can be taken away and washed again. The cutlery has been sorted and placed in the drawer by the sink.
This is a work in progress and we would be grateful for your patience. Any feedback would be helpful.
